Darren has spent over two thousand hours with individuals, couples and groups discussing a wide range of mental health and relationship issues. The many hours of counselling experience has provided Darren with a sound understanding and detailed knowledge of the challenges that all of us face in today’s busy world. Apart from individual and couple counselling Darren has also held sexual health workshops. Fortnightly supervision of Darren’s counselling work is a requirement to maintain membership of the peak national counselling body, the Australian Counselling Association. An additional requirement is the constant updating of counselling skills through regular professional development.
